One-on-One Change Coaching

Change Coaching can help you discover the adverse behaviors, false narratives, unresolved loss, unhealthy patterns and negative thinking that are keeping you from moving forward in life.  Coaching will inspire you to initiate the change process by allowing you time to contemplate your life, prepare for making the changes you want to see and then by creating an action plan.  In your action steps, you’ll begin to change the lens through which you view yourself, others, and God and understand how it has negatively impacted your responses to life.  Change coaching can help you identify resources that will support you spiritually, mentally, and physically as you stay on the path with God and with others. Working with Scott to apply our holistic approach to healing, you can make lasting change a reality.
